Fields of research

She studies cultural heritage law, with particular reference to the proprietary statute and internal and international circulation; regional law, focusing above all on the division of legislative powers between State and Regions; constitutional law, with specific regard to the legal status of the foreigner, the discipline of the freedom of art, the protection of the landscape and the principle of environmental sustainability; the right to health, also in relation to cross-border healthcare mobility, as well as the system of regulatory sources
